RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at hello@plazaibiza.com to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Email us at hello@plazaibiza.com with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from carefully selected suppliers who share our values of quality, craftsmanship and authenticity. We're working toward sourcing directly from artisans on the island of Ibiza.

Are your candles and wellness products safe?
Yes — our candles are made from natural soy wax with cotton wicks. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended.
